Returns ,Refunds & Cancellations
1. XLR8 OFFERS free returns and exchanges for any unused, unworn, and unwashed product Return within 5 days of Product Delivery with no questions asked. Kindly Contact our Customer Support on +91-9960795957
2. The Tags ,Packaging & labels of the Product needs to be intact otherwise the return is not valid.
3. XLR8 is not responsible for any delay in the return of the product due to customer ignorance and hence will not be responsible for exchange or refund.
4. If the wrong product is received, kindly share the image of the product. On email@example.com within 24 hours from date of delivery.
5. If you would like to return the product we will request for a pickup of the product if a pickup facility is available at your location ,if not available please send us back with Indiapost.Only 1 request will be created for the Pickup ,incase the reverse pickup gets cancelled then you will be requested to send back the courier.
- Refunds will be processed and credited to a card, bank account, wallet or PayPal within 15-20 Business days from the date of product being received in our warehouse.
- Shipping/Cash on Delivery (COD) charges incurred at the time of placing the order will not be refunded.
Please note that your order can only be cancelled before the product is dispatched.If you decide to deny the Delivery of the product for any reason,the Cash on Delivery charges & Shipping Charges we incur to ship the product back to the warehouse are required to be paid by the Customer.
